Executive Khaf:
Coach Khalilah S
From the moment I opened my eyes to the world, I felt a deep connection to the dynamic love that is intergenerational healing.
The transformative power of authentic love became the catalyst for a positive change in humanity. Instead of the daunting task of balancing, I chose to dance. All of the various roles I have been blessed with created a melody only those sensitive to the whispers of angels can hear.
Growing up in South Central Los Angeles, I witnessed the devastating aftermath of the riots, an experience that ignited a profound awakening within me. Those moments of turmoil shaped my understanding of human suffering and resilience, compelling me to explore the intricacies of human behavior and the power of faith.
My journey has been anything but conventional. While leadership opportunities often found me, I never relished the spotlight. Instead, I embraced the role of a guide, driven by a desire to understand the deeper narratives that shape our lives. Why do we often speak of faith in such casual terms? What allows individuals like Enoch to transcend the fears that bind us? These questions have fueled my passion for helping others discover their own paths.
With a wealth of experiences that could fill multiple lifetimes, I’ve learned one essential truth: true fulfillment comes from producing positive change. My professional journey has taken me through diverse roles, including Companion and Home Health Aide for those with developmental disabilities, Professional Vocational Social Awareness Facilitator for individuals with brain injuries, and Qualified Mental Health Professional for those facing severe mental illness. I've worked tirelessly as a Vocational Counselor for individuals often labeled as “the worst of the worst,” and as an Adult School Educator for veterans and those with diverse abilities. My role as Director for multiple community-focused companies has allowed me to develop impactful programs across California, Nevada, and Virginia.
I hold a BA in Psychology from San Jose State University with a minor in African American Studies, alongside an MBA from the University of Phoenix with concentrations in Project Management and Accounting. As a Certified Executive Coach and licensed Qualified Mental Health Professional, I am committed to equipping others to harness their potential and navigate life's challenges with resilience, compassion, knowledge, and faith.
If you're ready to embark on a transformative journey towards personal and professional growth, let's connect. Together, we can cultivate the fertile ground for your success and create lasting impact. Your future awaits!
